Brookfield Properties, a global real estate company, aimed to create a unified digital platform to enhance discoverability, boost engagement, and streamline access to campus services and amenities. The team introduced the concept of a "Concierge of Time", designed to optimize users’ days by anticipating their needs at every touchpoint.

The app featured real-time parking updates, event highlights, and personalized leisure suggestions. A timeline view integrated with calendars and task managers offered a seamless overview of the day, enabling quick access to key events and real-time updates for smarter decision-making. With seamless integrations and personalized services, the platform transformed the business park into a connected ecosystem extending beyond work hours.
